Computer Support
UMIT at U-SoA provides configuration and applications support to students, faculty, and staff at the School of Architecture. University equipment and devices are to be serviced by UMIT personnel or associated IT vendor. We also provide limited support to personal devices.
Audio Visual Support
Several meeting rooms and classrooms throughout the School of Architecture are equipped with AV equipment. UMIT provides support for any failure to these rooms as well as the following AV services.

Printing
There are several multi-function copiers available to staff and faculty throughout the school. UMIT is available to assist with driver installation and first tier trouble-shooting for these devices. Consistent device errors should be report to Canon direct via the support number provide on the device itself.
Plotting
Plotting is self-service using Pharos print management solution for students, faculty, and staff. SoA main computer lab is equipped with two OCE ColorWave plotters and Murphy Studio building contains another two. Special media printing available in the main lab while Murphy Studio is limited to regular bond only. SoA faculty and staff in need of plotting are ask to visit the SoA budget office for approval and funding. The budget office is equipped to provide necessary funding to your canecard in order to utilizes the self-service devices.

Equipment
Laptops, projectors, and AV adapters are available to check out for temporary needs. Loaner equipment must be checked out by a staff or faculty member.
