Robert Davis, partner arcadia Land Company, is developer and cofounder, with his wife Daryl Rose, of Seaside Florida. Already a quarter of a century old, with over 300 homes, a vibrant town center of stores and restaurants, a range of civi facilities, a theater, inns, and a charter school. Seaside has inspired community design and renewal around the world, launching the movement now known as the New Urbanism. Mr. Davis is graduate of Antioch College and Harvard Business School. He has won recognition within his industry for a number of projects, and within the arts of community, including being named a Fellow of the American Academy in Rome.
