Professional Experience:
Shulman & Associates was founded in Miami in 1996 as Allan T. Shulman Archtiect, PA. Starting with historic preservation projects on Miami Beach, the firm has grown in size and scope and provides full architectural services on a broad range of buildings types. In addition to architectural work S&A offers interior design, historic preservation design and consulting, and urban planning. Over the last decade Shulman has specialized in the design of hotels and motels, culminating in a portfolio that has made the firm a sought-after hospitality designer. The firm engages in sustainable design practice and is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council.
