Financial Aid and Scholarships

The University of Miami attracts students with recognized academic achievement by offering a substantial financial assistance program based on merit and need. These scholarships and grants are administered by the University of Miami as well as by federal and state agencies. Each year approximately 50% of incoming first-year students receive merit scholarships. Academic merit scholarship eligibility is determined when a student is admitted to the University.
